Marketing pages
The public information pages do not currently include newsletter or purchase forms. We do not ask children to provide school, address or birthday information. If you email us, we use your message and reply address to respond to you.
Digital Companion
The Digital Companion requires authenticated access. It may store the journal owner nickname, Visit metadata, recognition results and saved page images needed to provide the private archive experience.
Saved page images
A resized, re-encoded full-page image is the primary digital record. The exact uploaded file is not retained. Access checks are applied to saved archive data, and the current prototype does not provide public sharing.
Service providers
Hosting, authentication and recognition providers may process data only as needed to operate the service. Do not upload pages containing information you do not want processed by the prototype.
Choices
Users can review and delete saved pages or Visits from the archive. This policy will be updated if data practices change.
